Additional Shipping Costs:

Orders including a box of balls are subject to additional shipping charges based on the destination zone:

  • Zone 1: €12.95 additional charge.
  • Zone 2: €17.95 additional charge.

This additional cost will be calculated automatically and displayed in the shopping cart before finalizing the purchase. The customer will be informed of this charge at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties:

Customs duties and import taxes are solely the customer’s responsibility. This includes any additional charges that may apply in the destination country’s customs office. Shipping Provider:

Orders are shipped via FedEx, one of the most reliable international courier services. Delivery times depend on the geographical area and service conditions at the time of shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal allows you to return purchased products without providing reasons or incurring penalties, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

The right applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which they were received, except for exceptions established by applicable regulations.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

As per Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed health and hygiene products: Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, such as intimate items or those unsealed after delivery.
  • Promotional bundles: Partial returns of products purchased as part of a promotion or bundle discount will not be accepted.
  • General Return Conditions:
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SIUX (incorrect or defective product).

  • SIUX will verify the returned product’s condition. Once confirmed that the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

Product-Specific Return Conditions:

Padel Rackets and Accessories:

  • Rackets and accessories (e.g., overgrips, wristbands, caps) can be returned if:
  • The product is in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, scratches, or damage.
  • It is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for rackets that have been used or altered unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Sportswear:

  • Sportswear (e.g., shirts, pants, skirts, sweatshirts, socks) can only be returned if:
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for garments that have been altered, worn, or washed.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. We will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Size or Fit Issues:

If a purchased item does not fit properly, you can request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. We will exchange the product for a different size or an item of equal value, based on your preference.

Exchanges for Style Preferences:

You may also request an exchange for other reasons, such as a preference for a different style, within 14 calendar days.

Exchange Restrictions:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved rackets) and items purchased as part of special promotions or bundles cannot be exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects.

Product Warranty

At SIUX BRANDS WORLD, we ensure that all products meet the manufacturer’s quality standards and specifications. Product warranties are regulated by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, with the following conditions:

  • Legal Warranty Period: All products have a legal warranty of three years from the delivery date.
  • Spare Parts: Manufacturers are required to keep spare parts available for at least 10 years after the product is discontinued.

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Material defects or issues affecting functionality.
  • Problems preventing the product from operating as specified.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Improper use, negligence, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Altered, modified, or repaired items by unauthorized third parties.

Warranty Claims Procedure:

1. Notify the issue via email at info@siuxpadel.com with the subject “Warranty” and your order number.

2. Provide detailed information and attach photos or videos showing the issue.

3. The product will be analyzed by our technical team. Depending on the evaluation:

  • Repair: If repairable, the product will be returned in optimal condition.
  • Replacement: If irreparable, the product will be replaced with a new one.
  • No Defect Found: If no defect is detected, the product will be returned unchanged.

Technical Means to Correct Errors

If the customer makes an error when submitting data, they can correct it in the “My Profile” section of the platform at any time.

During the purchasing process, errors can be corrected before finalizing the order.

For address corrections:

  • If the product has not been shipped, the new address will be used.
  • If the product has already been shipped, the package must be returned to SIUX BRANDS WORLD, S.L. before issuing a refund or store credit for future purchases.

Limitation of Liability
